Hire any of our equipment during the week and you can pick up your equipment one (1) day before your booking date and return the equipment the day after your booking date at no extra charge. That saves you the stress of having to rush around to pickup equipment and then having to return it. Bookings are definitely a must. Check out our Accessories.

Bring your laptop into the showroom, and we will set it up for you. You can then take a photo on your phone, so when you take it home or back to your office, you will know where all the leads go. On pickup, all cables for pc's & apple macs are included in the price.

If you've got a meeting to organise last minute, or a party, a community event or business seminar, movie night, funerals, you name it, we can definitely help you out. Rear projection used to be the holy grail of projection. The idea is that by putting the rear projector and all leads  behind the rear projection screen, in its own room or space where ambient light hitting the back of the screen can be contained and controlled, you can achieve the best image. This also helps to make the image more resilient to ambient light that may be hitting the front of the screen.

You position yourself in front of the rear projection screen while a rear projector is positioned behind the projector screen where it casts a reversed image of the picture. This required a  minimum of 2.5m space, as the projector had to be placed some distance from the back of the 100 inch rear projection screen. Frequently the background image would appear clear and washed out compared to the foreground. The image that is projected can be still or moving, but is always called the plate.

These so-called process shots were widely used for boardroom presentations, home movie nights, weddings, sports nights, etc. A major advance over rear projection is front projection, which uses a special screen material to allow the plate to be projected from the front of the screen. This results in a much sharper and more saturated image. Fox Film Corporation was the first to use the rear projection technique, in 1930 with their films.
